This policy covers callvoicely.com (this website), operated by Hexatech Hub Solutions LLP. It covers this website only. Call recordings, transcripts and anything else we process on behalf of a customer's callers are governed by that customer's own agreement with us, under which we act as a processor rather than a controller.
What this website collects
Little. Nothing at all unless you choose to contact us — there is no sign-up on this site, and nothing below identifies you personally except the form, which only holds what you typed into it.
- What you send us — if you fill in the contact form we keep what you typed (name, email, message and any optional fields), so that we can reply. It goes to a spreadsheet we control and to our own inbox; it is not sold, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
- Page analytics — in the default configuration, a cookieless analytics tool records page views, referrer, rough country and device type. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device. If a cookie-setting analytics vendor is enabled instead, it only loads after you accept the consent banner.
- Server logs — standard web server records, including IP address, kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We use service providers who process it on our behalf, in these categories:

Where the data lives
- This website and the analytics behind it — Cloudflare's global network (static files served at the edge); form submissions are processed by Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheet operated by us.
Where a transfer leaves the country you are in, we rely on the protections the applicable law requires for it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for what it was collected for. In practice that means:
- Website analytics: kept only as long as useful for understanding demand, and deleted when it stops being.
- Contact-form enquiries: kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period after, so we have the history if you come back. Deleted on request.
- Cookie consent (only if a cookie-setting vendor is enabled): 180 days, then we ask again.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using it for a particular purpose, including withdrawing consent;
- complain to your data protection regulator.
The laws we work to:
- India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as the controller is established in India
- European Economic Area and UK — GDPR / UK GDPR, where a visitor is located there
