Voicely

White label

Sell voice agents as your own product

If you already sell to businesses that live on the phone, voice agents are a product you can put your name on this quarter. Voicely runs underneath, and your customer never has to know we exist.

Who this is for

Three kinds of partner, one arrangement

Agencies and consultancies

You already run marketing or operations for clients who miss calls. Voice agents are a retained service you can price monthly, on top of work you are doing anyway.

Call centres and BPOs

You are being asked to quote against automation on every renewal. Taking the repetitive volume yourself, with your own people on the calls that matter, is a better answer than losing the account.

Software platforms

You sell software to clinics, dealerships, lenders or logistics companies. A phone agent that already knows what is in your product is a feature your competitors will spend a year building.

Why it works here

Reselling was the plan, not a feature request

Plenty of platforms will let you change a logo. The difference shows up in the unglamorous places, and always at the worst moment.

  • Every customer is genuinely separate: their own agents, numbers, voices, recordings and data, with nothing shared between them by default.
  • Settings are per customer, so one client’s Hindi collections agent and another’s English booking line do not have to agree about anything.
  • Every number carries its own minute allowance and its own limit on calls at once, set by you, so a client cannot spend your money.
  • Your branding is applied per customer rather than site-wide, so you can run more than one brand if you sell under more than one.
  • You keep the customer relationship, the pricing and the invoice. We do not sell to your list.

How it starts

One of your clients, one call type

  1. Pick a client who misses calls

Ideally one who has complained about it to you already. You know which one.

  2. We build the first agent with you

So you see how it is done rather than reading about it. From the second client onwards your team does this without us.

  3. You price it and sign them

Under your name, on your paper. What you charge is your business, and it is usually a multiple of what it costs you.

Questions

What partners ask

Whose brand does the customer see?

Yours. Your name, your colours, your domain. Your customer signs with you, is billed by you, and contacts you for support. Voicely is your supplier, not theirs.

Can each of our customers have different settings?

Yes, and this is the part that is hard to retrofit. Every customer is a separate tenant with its own agents, numbers, voices, limits and data. Nothing is shared by accident, because separation was a requirement before the first customer existed rather than a later addition.

What stops one customer running up a bill on our account?

Each phone number carries a lifetime minute allowance and a ceiling on how many calls it may run at once, both set by you. A runaway campaign hits your limit rather than your invoice.

Do we need engineers?

To set up and run agents, no. Building agents is configuration: what it says, what it can do, which voice, which language, when to fetch a human. You need engineers only if you want to connect it to a customer’s own systems, and even then it is an afternoon rather than a project.

What is a white label voice agent, and is private label the same thing?

A white label voice agent is an AI phone agent built by one company and sold by another under its own name. Private label voice means the same arrangement under a different name: the customer sees your brand, and the platform behind it stays out of sight. The practical difference is how much you can configure, so ask whether each customer gets its own agents, numbers and limits.

What do we sell it as?

Most partners sell one call type into a vertical they already serve: after-hours answering for clinics, delivery status for retailers, collections for lenders. That is easier to sell than a platform, and it is the thing you already know more about than we do.

Bring one client and we will build the first agent with you

No fee for the first one. It is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether this is a business you want to be in.
